Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Run a business on the Questly Business dashboard? The Business Terms of Service apply to that account too.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Questly. mobile app (the "App"), developed and operated by TrueSharp LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("TrueSharp," "we," "us"). Creating an account or using the App means you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 13 to use Questly. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, for keeping your login credentials to yourself, and for what happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has gotten into it.

2. Your Content

You own the photos, captions, reviews, events, and messages you post. Posting them gives us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content within the App as needed to run it — showing your quest to nearby users, or a friend's event invite in their feed, for example. That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared with another user or retained briefly per our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything you don't have the rights to, or anything illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates someone else's privacy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We have zero tolerance for abusive behavior or objectionable content. Use the in-app Report option on any post, review, event, or profile to flag it for our review, and use Block on a user's profile or their posts to immediately stop seeing their content and prevent them from friending you — blocking also notifies us so we can review the account. We can remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

4. Location & Social Features

Questly runs on the location and venue data you and other users share. We try to keep nearby results accurate, but we don't guarantee any venue, event, distance, or "going" count is correct — use your own judgment before heading somewhere based on a listing. RSVPs and "going" statuses are social signals, not commitments; we're not responsible if an event you RSVP'd to changes, is cancelled, or doesn't happen as described.

5. Points

Questly points, earned for actions like submitting a review, have no cash value, can't be transferred or redeemed, and may change or go away at any time.

6. Business & Venue Content

Some venue pages and events are managed by the business that owns that venue, under our separate Business Terms of Service. We don't independently verify everything a business says about its own venue — hours, amenities, description — and aren't responsible for the accuracy of business-supplied content.

7. Termination

Delete your account from Settings whenever you want. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we shut down the App — with notice when that's practical.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any venue, event, or listing is accurate or current.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, TrueSharp isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App — including anything that happens at a venue or event you found through it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these Terms change, and notify you in the App for anything material. Using the App after a change takes effect means you accept it.
