Business Terms of Service
Last updated: August 26, 2026
These cover Questly Business accounts — venue claiming, subscription billing, and the dashboard. As an individual, you're also bound by our general Terms of Service for your own personal profile on the Questly app.
These Business Terms of Service ("Business Terms") govern your use of the Questly Business dashboard, on behalf of the business you represent ("you," "your business"), offered by TrueSharp LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("TrueSharp," "we," "us"). Creating a Questly Business account means you agree to these Business Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to create an account, claim a venue, or purchase a subscription.
2. The Service
A Questly Business account lets you claim a physical venue, manage its public page — description, photos, hours, amenities, links, announcements — post official events, and view engagement analytics, all gated behind an active subscription.
3. Subscription & Billing
Questly Business is a flat $20/monthsubscription, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the Manage Billing link in your dashboard, which opens Stripe's billing portal directly — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and fees already paid aren't refunded, including for partial periods. We'll give you advance notice of any price change; staying subscribed after it takes effect means you accept the new price.
4. Venue Claims & Verification
Submitting a claim means you're representing that you own or are authorized to represent that physical venue, and that what you've submitted is accurate. We review claims before approval and may approve, reject, or later revoke one at our discretion — including if we determine it was fraudulent or the business no longer operates there. A rejected or revoked claim doesn't entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
5. Your Content
You're responsible for everything you add to your venue's page or post as an event, and you represent that you have the rights to it. It's shown publicly, so keep it accurate — hours, amenities, and event details included. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it as part of running the App, ending when you remove it or your account is terminated.
A "Get Tickets" link on your event goes to a third-party site you control. We're not a party to, and aren't responsible for, whatever happens there.
6. Analytics
Dashboard analytics are for your general information, based on how Questly users interact with your venue's page. We don't guarantee they're complete or error-free, and you shouldn't treat them as the sole basis for a business decision.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Claim a venue you don't own or aren't authorized to represent
- Post false, misleading, or illegal content on your venue page or events
- Use your account to harass, spam, or abuse consumer users
- Manipulate your own analytics or ranking through fraudulent activity — fake reviews, fake favorites, scripted traffic
- Share dashboard access with anyone not authorized to manage the venue on your business's behalf
8. Termination & Suspension
We can suspend or terminate your business account and venue claim, without refund, for violating these Business Terms. You can cancel your own subscription anytime as described in Section 3. Terminating your account removes your paid dashboard features; your venue may remain visible to consumer users as an unclaimed listing.
9. Disclaimers
The Questly Business dashboard is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind — including any warranty that it will increase your venue's traffic, visibility, or revenue.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, TrueSharp isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the dashboard or reliance on its analytics.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TrueSharp against any claim arising from content you post, a venue claim you submit, or your violation of these Business Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Business Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We'll update the date above when these Business Terms change, and notify you directly if required.
