Business Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

This covers the Questly Business dashboard — venue claiming, billing, and analytics. It sits alongside, not instead of, our general Privacy Policy, which still covers the personal profile every dashboard user also has on the Questly app.

This policy explains what TrueSharp LLC ("TrueSharp," "we," "us"), the company behind Questly., collects from businesses on the Questly Business dashboard, how we use and share it, and what a subscribed business can and can't see about its visitors.

1. What We Collect From You

Account & billing: your contact name and email, plus — through Stripe, our payment processor — whatever billing details your subscription requires. We never see or store your card number; on our side, a business account is just a Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, and status.

Venue claim:the venue you're claiming, a description and photo of your business, and anything else you submit for review.

Venue content:whatever you add to your venue's page or events — category, hours, amenities, contact email, links, announcements, event details, and photos.

2. Visitor Analytics

Once your claim is approved, your dashboard shows engagement metrics for your venue — profile views, direction taps, link taps, quests, RSVPs, favorites, reviews — sourced from how Questly users interact with your page and events.

Every number on that dashboard is a total, not a record."142 profile views this week" is as specific as it gets — we don't give you a visitor's name, username, or any way to identify them. There's no query in our system that returns that to a business account.

3. How We Use It

To run your subscription and billing, review and administer your venue claim, power your dashboard and analytics, communicate with you about your account, and check that a claim actually comes from someone authorized to represent that venue.

4. Who We Share With

Stripe processes your billing — see Stripe's privacy policy. Supabase hosts our database and infrastructure. We don't sell business account information, and we don't share your analytics with other businesses.

5. What's Public

Anything you add to your venue's page or post as a business event is shown publicly, in the app and on our web pages. Don't put anything there you don't want public.

6. Retention

We keep your business account and claim records for as long as your account is active, and for a limited time after for accounting and moderation history. Canceling your subscription turns off paid features but doesn't automatically erase that history — email us if you'd like it removed.

7. Eligibility

A Questly Business account must be created and run by someone at least 18 who's authorized to represent the business claiming the venue.

8. Your Choices

Edit your venue's public information anytime from the Controls tab. Manage or cancel your subscription from the Manage Billing link in your dashboard — that opens Stripe's billing portal directly. To delete your business account or claim history, email us.

9. Changes

We'll update the date above when this policy changes.
